About Us

With skills in Graphic Design, Videography, and Photography, Duncan Shaffer and Luke Pamer created Two Pines Productions as a way to help others create beauty, and unleash creativity. Here's a little bit about us. Cheers to creating beauty. Cheers to creating art.

Luke Pamer | Creative Director - Film/Photo

Apart from a great love for music, clothes, family, and friends, I’m just a guy in his 20’s, dedicated to a few things: loving God, being creative, and helping others - and I am excited to be using my skills to accomplish each of those things.

My goal with my work is to always be learning, always be helping, and always be telling stories. I am passionate about helping small businesses, bands, churches, and the like tell their stories through the use of visual art.

I would be honored to work with you to help you grow.

Design is work. Anyone who says otherwise hasn’t gotten far enough into their experience of design to find out that truth about this animal I’ve chosen as a life direction. But it wasn’t a random choice so much as it was a response to a calling: a natural progression from the habits and talents that I inculcated as a youth.

I have been a creator since I can remember, always making something out of nothing—envisioning the possibilities, taking what I had, and making imagination reality. If it didn’t work out the first time, then I evaluated the failure points, planned changes and executed, or just tinkered until it worked. There were always prototypes, first drafts, many failures, and lots of ideas, half-baked, that were left by the wayside in order to make room for the ideas that worked. It’s easy to get lost in a failed outcome. It takes drive to push forward and discover the most effective and powerful solution. But there is always another solution. My formative years watching MacGyver taught me just that: when all seems lost, evaluate your surroundings, use what you have, and get the job done. And the most important element of Mac’s success was always his preparedness. Without his intense knowledge of the world, Mac would be dead 100 times over.

Preparedness. Passion. Grit. I’ve spent years investing in and cultivating my design thinking, I love what I do, and I know how to grit my teeth, endure the storm, get it done, and done well.
